Abstract: The retail segment is in a position of large scale expansion. The customer is the most important stakeholder in this segment. So this study aims at finding out the “customer perception towards organized retailer and Small scale retailers” using some selected factors like customer perception, customers attitude, promotional measures, services offered and role of brand.
